Michelle Abramov leads a team with Greg Batista based out of RIPCO’s Queens office, with a focus on landlord and tenant representation throughout Queens, Brooklyn, Bronx, and Long Island.
Prior to joining RIPCO, Michelle was an investment sales broker at Highcap Group and later founded Asset Commercial Realty Group, leading a team focusing on investments and retail leasing. Spearheading the retail leasing, she completed over half a million square feet of leasing throughout NYC and over $150,000,000 in investment sales.
Additionally, Michelle held a role as Principal at RJ Capital Holdings, a Queens-based investment and development firm. She handled over $300 million of transactions of retail leasing, acquisitions and dispositions while handling the firm’s Retro Fitness franchise expansion plans in NYC & Michigan. Her colored background brings value-add skillset with a deep understanding of core fundamentals when analyzing opportunities for landlords and tenants alike.
Some recent transactions include the sale of a 21,000 SF building to Jamaica Hospital in Queens; representation of H Mart for 71,502 SF in Long Island City; leasing space to Planet Fitness in the Bronx (16,800 SF) & Forest Hills (17,000 SF); Essen Health and Emblem Health in the Bronx. Other healthcare and non-profit transactions include The Brooklyn Hospital, CAMBA and SCO. Michelle has also executed over two dozen education leases with COA, TLE, Genius Therapy and Gersh Autistic Academy all throughout NYC & LI.
Michelle also focuses on parking garage consultation for new developments and existing garages via leasing, acquisition, disposition and management structures. She has completed many transactions including for SLATE Property Group’s garage at the base of Trader Joe’s in Forest Hills, Blackstone’s Parker Towers in Queens and disposition strategy for the garage condo at 161 East 110th Street in Manhattan.
Michelle is a graduate of Queens College with a Political Science Degree and participated in the Master’s Program in Real Estate Development at NYU’s Schack Institute of Real Estate.
