Daniel Yeu joined RIPCO Real Estate in July 2025, specializing in tenant and landlord representation throughout the outer boroughs and Long Island. He works as part of a collaborative team alongside Greg Batista, Michelle Abramov, and Brian Krakower.
Daniel brings a unique perspective to retail real estate, shaped by his background with GrandBK, the primary food purchaser for HMart, and HAR Maspeth Corp, a Korean side dish manufacturer. His hands-on experience in grocery operations gives him valuable insight into the needs and decision-making processes of food-based retailers.
Daniel holds a degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Financial Analysis from the University at Buffalo.
