Greg Batista

Greg Batista joined RIPCO Real Estate in 2015, where he specializes in tenant and landlord representation throughout the New York metropolitan area.

Greg’s tenant representation clients has included regional and national brands like Jersey Mike’s, Key Food, Bloomin’ Brands, Denny’s, Sally Beauty Supply, Sport Clips, First National Bank of Long Island, Wingstop, Sprint, and The LEGO Store.

In addition, Greg has specialized in disposition work for major national retailers by analyzing market research and providing information and opinions of value to help them manage their current costs and raise profitability. Retailers he has assisted include Walgreens, Chase, Key Food, Brinker International, and Neiman Marcus.

His extensive Landlord experience includes representing prestigious firms like Urban Edge, The Blackstone Group, Macerich, Philips International, A&H Acquisitions, One Liberty Properties, Goldberg Group, Rechler Equity Partners, as well as single asset owners.

He is currently on the board of Commercial Industrial Brokers Society of Long Island, The LIREG Next Generation Committee, the Long Island City Partnership Retail Real Estate Committee, and is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers. Greg earned a bachelor’s degree from Siena College where he also played Division I baseball.
