David Morrow

Dave joined RIPCO in early 2022 with over twenty-five years of commercial real estate transaction experience in all property types, working with tenants, landlords and developers throughout the country. He has represented institutional and private owners, structuring complex sale and lease deals. Dave is especially skilled in analyzing highest and best use value scenarios and has worked on re-development/leasing of some of the highest profile mixed-use properties in the U.S., including South Street Seaport, Faneuil Hall Marketplace, Del Mar Town Center, Pentagon Centre (VA), Mayfair in the Grove, and Suburban Square Marketplace. He has represented Landlords such as General Growth Properties, Kimco Real Estate, Dvora LLC, Centerstar Property Group, Anak Development, Ironstate Properties, and Eastone Equities.

On the retail tenant side, David has represented local, regional, and national retail tenants, such as F45 Fitness, Dunkin Donuts, Pizza Chef, Hudson News, Boost Mobile, 7 Layer Hospitality, and Team4Kids in their lease negotiations, franchise expansion efforts and providing market performance analysis of new and existing locations.

Prior to becoming a real estate broker, Dave served as managing officer for multiple real estate organizations, has a B.A. from Rutgers College and an M.S. from New York University; as well as being a long-time certified member of the ICSC.
