Jacob Aranbaev

Jacob began his career as a licensed real estate salesperson at RIPCO in January of 2023, joining their Queens office working alongside Vice President Greg Batista and Managing Director Michelle Abramov. With a primary focus in retail leasing, he specializes in landlord and tenant representation throughout Queens, Brooklyn, and Bronx.

Prior to joining RIPCO, Jacob worked for First Class Management as an Associate, where he managed retail, residential, and mixed-use buildings all throughout New York. He is a student St. John’s University, where he studies Finance.
