Adam Hakim

Adam Hakim is an Executive Managing Director at RIPCO. Prior to joining RIPCO, Adam spent over 5 years as a Senior Managing Director at Meridian Capital Group. Prior to that, Adam was a Principal in the Capital Advisory Division at Eastern Consolidated specializing in construction and transitional assets.

In total, Adam has spent over 25 years in the debt and equity capital markets, where he developed his unique deal-making skills and has focused on raising capital for hospitality, multifamily construction, and transitional assets across the capital stack.

Adam has placed approximately $15 billion in debt and equity during his career and has closed transactions across the country with a focus on the tri-state area, South Florida, and Chicago. He has built long-standing relationships with many top real estate professionals, and his tenacious personality has earned him the reputation as a loyal and dependable advisor with access to the most efficient capital being offered in the market.

Adam is a graduate of the University of Michigan where he majored in Finance.
