Evan Brudnicki

Evan Brudnicki joined RIPCO as an Associate in 2024, focusing on debt and equity placements for ground-up construction and transitional assets across the greater NYC and South Florida markets.

Previously, Evan served as an Acquisitions & Development Associate for a prominent New Jersey real estate developer. In this role, he specialized in supporting new developments, acquisitions, and property recapitalizations. Evan was responsible for creating investment teasers, detailed investment memorandums, and managing bank financing and loan application packages.

Evan graduated from William Paterson University with a Bachelor of Science in Finance and a minor in Accounting. He continued his studies at William Paterson University, obtaining a Master of Business Administration.

Evan’s combined educational background and hands-on experience have equipped him with a robust understanding of the complexities within the commercial real estate sector. His ability to navigate the nuances of finance and development positions him as a valuable asset in facilitating successful transactions and fostering long-term client relationships at RIPCO.
