Evan Brudnicki is a Director at RIPCO Real Estate, where he focuses debt and equity placement strategies for ground-up development, value-add, and transitional assets across the greater New York City and South Florida markets.
In this role, Evan structures and executes complex capital stack solutions, working closely with institutional investors, private equity firms, banks, debt funds, and high-net-worth investors to deliver optimal financing outcomes for developers and owners on transitional assets.
Previously, Evan served as an Acquisitions & Development Associate with one of New Jersey’s most active privately held real estate development firms. Evan holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance with a minor in Accounting, and a Master of Business Administration from William Paterson University.
His deep expertise in real estate underwriting, capital markets, and transaction execution, combined with a proven track record of building and maintaining long-term client and investor relationships, has established Evan as a trusted partner to developers and investors throughout the New York tri-state area and South Florida markets.
