Alexander Korolik

Xander Korolik is a Junior Associate in Debt and Structured Finance at RIPCO. Xander focuses on originations, underwriting, and execution, with a primary focus on ground up construction and transitional assets. Before joining RIPCO, Xander held internships in development at Victor Group, and later at a C-PACE lending firm in New York.

During his tenure at Victor Group, Xander supported underwriting and cost analyses, as well as development expense reviews and future investor returns for ultra-luxury high rise condos in Manhattan.

In his C-PACE role, Xander specialized in building potential client pipelines, as well as managing meeting scheduling and excel reporting. Most recently, Xander spent a year working at a prominent Manhattan construction services firm before joining RIPCO’s Capital Markets team.

Xander received his Bachelor’s Degree in Finance and Economics from Monmouth University where he graduated Cum Laude.
