Joe Simpson is Director of Investment Sales at RIPCO Real Estate Services, focusing on multi-tenant shopping centers and single tenant net leased assets.
Mr. Simpson is a North Florida market expert maintaining deep relationships within real estate focused venture capital and real estate private equity.
Joe entered the commercial real estate industry in San Antonio, TX with a privately held real estate company specializing in urban placemaking and neighborhood development projects spanning hospitality, retail, office and multifamily while delivering class-A self-storage throughout the Texas Triangle. In 2016, Mr. Simpson joined a suburban medical developer in Jacksonville FL before beginning his brokerage career at Marcus and Millichap just two years later, advising on the disposition of multi-tenant shopping plazas throughout the southeast. In February of 2021 Joe was recruited to co-lead CBRE’s Retail Capital Markets team in Jacksonville.
In his early career, Joe worked as a wilderness expedition guide throughout North, Central and South America teaching a curriculum of leadership, communication, and primitive survival skills. He’s passionate about family, personal development, and enjoys spending time with his girlfriend out in nature.
