RIPCO’s leasing and property management teams have collaborated extensively on the addition of six new restaurants to Harmon Meadow Plaza in Secaucus. New eateries include Shake Shack, Dave’s Hot Chicken, CAVA, KPot Korean BBQ & Hot Pot, TSAōCAA USA bubble tea, and Haute Dolce Crepes.
Congrats to RIPCO’s Curtis Nassau and Jake Frantzman, who represented the landlord in all deals, Jeffrey Howard & Matt Grundy, who represented Shake Shack and Jordan Cohn, who represented CAVA.
The property management team, led by Carl (CJ) Reggie, Michael Korff, and Daniel Zappala, oversees daily operations and has played a crucial role in coordinating the construction and setup of these new eateries to ensure a smooth integration into the overall shopping and dining experience.
