As Senior Property Manager and Business Development lead at RIPCO Management, Daniel oversees the day-to-day operations of a diverse portfolio that includes both suburban shopping centers and urban retail condominiums.
With a decade of experience in retail leasing, Daniel brings an owner-minded perspective to property management, seamlessly integrating operational oversight with leasing strategy. This combined expertise allows him to proactively address tenant needs, enhance asset performance, and protect long-term property value. His core responsibilities include capital project execution, tenant relations, vendor management, budgeting, and regulatory compliance.

Daniel holds a bachelor’s degree in finance from Montclair State University and is an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC).
