Daniel joined RIPCO in 2014, working alongside Tenants & Landlords the leasing process. Daniel has finalized deals with noteworthy retailers such as ShopRite, Retro Fitness, Planet Fitness, Dollar Tree, Dollar General, Kiddie Academy, Quest Diagnostics, T-Mobile, AT&T, Smoothie King, CKO Kickboxing, Dr. Dental, Sarku Japan, Trinity Rehab, The UPS Store, Moxie Salons, Cookie Cutters Haircuts for Kids, among others. In December of 2020 Daniel sold a 30,000 SF former A&P Supermarket in Clinton, NJ to a prominent residential developer, who is currently constructing a 120-unit luxury apartment development. The project is one of the largest in the townships history. Daniel was also retained to lease the redevelopment of a former Pathmark anchored center in Fair Lawn, NJ. Daniel has since negotiated & executed leases with ShopRite (Inserra Supermarkets), Trinity Physical Therapy, Dr. Dental, & AT&T.
Daniel’s exclusive Landlord representation includes local and regional private owners, as well as a number of publicly traded Real Estate Investment Trusts (REITs). He has exclusively represented shopping centers owned by Kimco Realty Corp (NYSE: KIM), Urban Edge Properties (NYSE: UE), & Equity One, Inc., which was acquired by Regency Centers (NASDAQ: REG) in 2017.
Daniel is from Bergen County and currently resides in Hoboken with his girlfriend Laura, and dog Joy. He is an avid guitar player, and Notre Dame football enthusiast. He holds a Bachelors in Finance from Montclair State University. Dan covers the NJ, NY, and CT trade areas and is an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC).
