Jake Frantzman

Jake Frantzman joined RIPCO Real Estate in 2015, with 12 years of industry experience specializing in tenant and landlord representation and has completed well over 150 retail transactions during his career.

Prior to joining RIPCO, he was Senior Leasing Representative at Levin Management Corporation where he was responsible for leasing a portfolio of 1,600,000 square feet in neighborhood, grocery anchored, and mixed-use retail.

Jake has been awarded multiple Costar Powerbroker awards, achieved Certified Retail Real Estate Professional and Certified Leasing Specialist designations from the International Council of Shopping Centers, of which he is a member. He is a licensed real estate salesperson in New Jersey and New York.
