Jamaica Hospital/Medisys Health Network has acquired 143-02 Jamaica Avenue in Queens, New York from Top Rock Holdings for $10.5 million.
The 20,865-square-foot building, which includes a usable basement space, will be used as a medical facility. The Ripco team of Michelle Abramov, Greg Batista, Stephen R. Preuss, Kevin Schmitz and others collaborated to execute the sale.
