RIPCO is pleased to announce the addition of Chris Travis, Hunter Robey, Jack Kaiser, Brendan Lupkes, and Whitney Davis who together make up the RIPCO Self-Storage team based in Tampa. With a focus on Self-Storage, Recreational Storage, and Vehicle Storage, Chris and his team will leverage the expansive reach of RIPCO’s platform to launch their national self-storage investment sales initiative.
Chris Travis, over the past 13.5 years, has successfully closed over 250 transactions across 17 states, and has been instrumental in handling well over a billion dollars in commercial real estate assignments throughout his career. He most recently led the Travis Group at Marcus and Millichap in Tampa. The Travis Group was the leading Marcus & Millichap Self-Storage team in the state of Florida from 2021 – 2023.
Hunter Robey began his career as a self-storage associate with the Travis Group of Marcus & Millichap in 2021. His rapid success and contributions to the Travis Group led to his promotion to Associate Partner in September 2022. Prior to M&M, Hunter started his career in portfolio management providing the acumen to transition to investment sales.
Jack Kaiser is a self-storage investment specialist who exclusively represents buyers and sellers in Florida, and will look to grow RIPCO Self Storage in the Northeast. Kaiser, a New Jersey native, graduated from The University of Alabama where he studied finance and specialized in real estate. Immediately following graduation, Kaiser relocated to Tampa Bay where he joined the Travis Self-Storage Group.
Brendan Lupkes advises clients on the acquisition and disposition of self-storage properties with a focus on the Midwest market. Brendan earned a degree in global business with a concentration in finance from University of South Florida in Tampa, FL. He worked at Marcus & Millichap in commercial real estate sales for 3 years, building relationships and negotiation skills which he will utilize at the RIPCO Self-Storage team.
