Brendan Lupkes

Brendan Lupkes, based in Tampa, FL, is an investment sales associate that specializes in self-storage, recreational storage and vehicle storage. Brendan advises clients on the acquisition and disposition of self-storage properties with a focus on the Midwest market. He implements pertinent market knowledge and national trends into his analyses to ensure that his clients make the best decision moving forward. Brendan provides his clients with access to the largest investor pool nationally and internationally to create the highest value from their investments.

Brendan is part of the RIPCO Self-Storage team. The RIPCO Self-Storage group specializes in bringing value from initial acquisition, through growth strategies and refinancing options, to ultimately maximizing their client’s return upon the final sale of the property.

Prior to joining RIPCO Self-Storage team, Brendan earned a degree in Global Business with a concentration in Finance from University of South Florida in Tampa, FL. He worked at Marcus & Millichap in commercial real estate sales for 3 years, building relationships and negotiation skills which he will utilize at the RIPCO Self-Storage team.
