Hunter Robey is a seasoned Storage Investment Specialist and a founding Partner at Ripco Self-Storage. His expertise lies in commercial real estate, specifically representing buyers and sellers of storage-related properties, with a primary focus on Self-Storage, Recreational Storage, and Vehicle Storage. Hunter has played a key role in launching RIPCO Storage, a national Storage advisory and sales platform in partnership with RIPCO Investment Sales.

Hunter began his career as a self-storage associate with the Travis Group of Marcus & Millichap in 2021. His rapid success and contributions to the Travis Group led to his promotion to Associate Partner in September 2022. In November 2023, Hunter and his team joined forces with RIPCO Investment Sales to establish RIPCO Storage, showcasing his commitment to expanding and enhancing storage advisory and transaction services on a national scale.

With over 8 years of experience in portfolio management and investment sales, Hunter has worked with a diverse range of clients, including private accredited investors and larger institutional investors. This extensive experience has equipped him with a deep understanding of client needs at all levels. Hunter is dedicated to maintaining a client-first attitude and prides himself on an unmatched work ethic.
