Barcelona-based PDPAOLA Jewelry has signed a five-year, 1,500 SF lease in the West Village, at BLDG Management Co., Inc.’s 346 Bleecker Street. This will be the first retail location for the lifestyle-luxury jewelry brand, in its planned major expansion to the U.S.
“Leveraging our deep expertise and comprehensive data analysis, we are identifying prime locations that align with PDPaola’s vision, both in urban centers and suburban communities,” -said RIPCO’s Jeffrey Rosbash, who handled the deal with Gene Spiegelman and Morgan Singer on behalf of PDPAOLA.
