Jeffrey Rosbash

Jeffrey Rosbash joined RIPCO in March 2022 as the Director of NYC & Metro Markets, and he will primarily focus on retail and office leasing.

Previously, Jeffrey was a Managing Director in Savills New York office, responsible for exclusively representing office tenants with their commercial real estate needs. Jeff returned to the industry following an early retirement to pursue his passion of helping mentally and physically challenged adolescents, and joined Savills in 2019 to build on his successful 15 – year real estate career.

His clients primarily include financial institutions, luxury brands and law firms, and he has served Newmark and Marcus & Millichap as both a tenant leader and buyer’s advocate. He ascended to director of Marcus & Millichap’s Brooklyn office and played a pivotal role in growing its New York office. Jeff is immersed in the commercial real estate industry, and brings the benefit of his established industry connections, long-term market-knowledge and experience across market cycles to provide his clients with exceptional real estate advice and solutions.

Awards, Achievements and Activities
He is currently an active member with The Real Estate Board of New York (REBNY), Memorial Sloane Kettering Cancer Center (MSKCC) and the Syracuse University Alumni Association. Near and dear to his heart, Jeff set up the Team Todd Foundation to honor his twelve-year-old son, who tragically passed from brain cancer in April 2018. He has helped to raise over $100,000 for the foundation’s benefit.

Jeffrey holds a dual masters from LIU in general & special education – 2012, and a Bachelor of Science from Syracuse University in Television, Radio & Film – 1996.
