Jeffrey Rosbash joined RIPCO in 2022 as Director of NYC & Metro Markets, where he specializes in retail and office leasing as well as investment sales. With over 15 years of commercial real estate experience, Jeffrey brings deep market knowledge, strong industry relationships, and a client-first approach to delivering tailored leasing solutions across the New York metropolitan area.
He represents a diverse and growing roster of tenants, including Saks Global, Theodore Alexander, Wellbiz, PDPAOLA, HStern, Belk, Albertsons, Ace Pickleball Club and Icon Parking. Jeffrey partners closely with tenants to drive multi-unit rollouts, market strategy, and site selection, helping brands grow with intention across urban and suburban markets.
Prior to RIPCO, Jeffrey served as a Managing Director at Savills in New York, where he focused exclusively on representing office tenants. He re-entered the commercial real estate industry in 2019 following an early retirement, during which he dedicated his time to working with mentally and physically challenged adolescents—a cause he remains deeply passionate about.
Earlier in his career, Jeffrey honed his skills at Newmark and Marcus & Millichap, where he acted as both a tenant advisor and buyer’s advocate. He rose to become Director of Marcus & Millichap’s Brooklyn office, playing a key role in the expansion of the firm’s New York operations.
Jeffrey’s clients primarily include luxury brands, apparel companies, and entertainment-oriented tenants. Known for his strategic insight and market fluency, he leverages long-standing industry connections and a deep understanding of real estate cycles to guide clients through complex transactions.
His achievements have been recognized throughout the industry. He received Tishman Speyer’s Dealmakers Award for seven consecutive years and was named Associate Director of the Year at Newmark for two years in a row.
Jeffrey holds a Bachelor of Science in Television, Radio & Film from Syracuse University (1996) and earned a dual Master’s degree in General and Special Education from Long Island University (2012).
