Morgan joined RIPCO Real Estate in September 2020 and is a Managing Director in RIPCO’s Manhattan office, specializing in both landlord and tenant representation.
On the landlord side, Morgan represents Millennium Partners’ 517,000-square-foot Lincoln Square portfolio on the Upper West Side, where she has completed major leases including a 40,000-square-foot deal with the School Construction Authority at 1972 Broadway, a 30,000-square-foot lease with NYU Langone at 1980 Broadway, and a 15,000-square-foot lease with Mango at 1976 Broadway. She also represents Empire State Realty Trust’s Manhattan retail portfolio and has successfully negotiated 15 leases year-to-date with tenants including AT&T, Calzedonia/Intimissimi, Citizens Bank, Club Pilates and Panera Bread among others.
On the tenant side, Morgan advises a diverse mix of global and emerging brands across categories such as fashion, jewelry, wellness, and home. Her clients include Ralph Lauren, Mango, Urban Revivo, PDPAOLA, and Sur La Table, among others. She has played a key role in guiding U.S. market strategy for both national international concepts—including Sur La Table & Urban Revivo — supporting flagship leases, multi-market rollouts and long-term growth planning.
Morgan brings a creative and visionary perspective to her work, combining strategic real estate insight with a deep understanding of branding, design, and visual storytelling. With a background in art and marketing, she approaches both landlord and tenant assignments through a unique lens—advising on everything from concept development and site strategy to canvassing and positioning. This integrated approach creates value well beyond the transaction, helping clients tell their story and stand out in a competitive retail landscape.
