Morgan Singer is an Advisory & Transaction Associate with RIPCO Real Estate’s Retail Services Department, working alongside Vice Chairman Gene Spiegelman, specializing in both landlord and tenant representation.
Morgan interned at RIPCO in 2019 and joined the team full-time in September 2020. She currently represents Millennium Partners’ Lincoln Square portfolio with over 100,000 SF of space. She started her career in the commercial real estate industry in 2017 as a summer intern in Cushman & Wakefield’s Manhattan Retail Group. During her time there, Morgan assisted Gene Spiegelman in the leasing efforts of 711 Fifth Avenue by conducting extensive market research, studying and extracting data as well as strategizing marketing plans.
Morgan graduated from the University of Wisconsin where she received a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Real Estate & Urban Land Economics from the Wisconsin School of Business. She is also a Licensed Real Estate Salesperson in the state of New York.
Morgan’s creative and visionary perspective allows her to provide a unique real estate marketing and social media approach. Her deep knowledge of social media and art adds value to both landlord and tenant marketing by concentrating on concept development, site selection and canvassing efforts. While a student at UW-Madison, Morgan ran the Wisconsin School of Business Art Exhibition emphasizing and encouraging the importance of creativity in the business world.
