Patrick Brake

Patrick has been at RIPCO since the end of 2020, working for both Landlords and Tenants throughout New Jersey. Patrick specializes in retail leasing and takes pride in establishing relationships with clients. Patrick currently works with Oster Properties, Briad, KIMCO, Onyx, Acadia Realty Trust, and Uncle Giuseppe’s. Before joining RIPCO, Patrick started his career in real estate at Edgewood Properties, one of the biggest developers in New Jersey, and worked on a portfolio with 60 properties.

Patrick is from central New Jersey and currently resides in Princeton. When Patrick is not driving around New Jersey, he enjoys playing ice hockey and training for the occasional marathon. In addition, Patrick adores his chocolate lab, Hobey Baker.

He is a licensed Salesperson in the state of New Jersey and a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC).
