James Valenti

After graduating with a Bachelors Degree in Business Management from Westfield State University, James began his real estate career at Ripco in 2021.

He specializes in both landlord and tenant representation on Long Island. Landlords represented include: RPAI, Bridge 33, Cedar Realty Trust, Jasko Development, Urban Edge, Heidenberg Properties Group, Site Centers, Kenilworth Equities, Rothman Goodman Management Group. Some of his tenant clients include: Tropical Smoothie Café, Salons by JC, Orangetheory Fitness.
