Molly Farina joined RIPCO in February 2024 as an Associate in Investment Sales. Molly primarily focuses on the New York and New Jersey trade area and works alongside Vice President Kevin Louie.
Before joining RIPCO, Molly worked as an investment sales agent at Marcus and Millichap where she specialized in the sale of NNN assets.
Molly is an alumnus of the College of the Holy Cross in Worcester, Massachusetts where she earned her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology. Born and raised in Long Island, Molly’s knowledge of the New York area provides inherent value to our clients and underwriting. In her spare time, she enjoys fitness as well as spending time at the beach in the summer with friends and family.
