Mitchel Flaherty

As an Executive Managing Director at RIPCO, Mitchel Flaherty leads a team of investment sales professionals focusing on the Upper Manhattan and Bronx markets. He joined RIPCO in October 2023, after successfully spearheading Bronx Investment Sales for B6 Real Estate Advisors.

Mitchel holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Estate Management and a Master of Science in Real Estate from the University of Greenwich in London. He started his career as an appraiser, before shifting into brokerage at Lambert Smith Hampton, one of London’s top commercial real estate firms.

Mitchel is passionate about the Bronx and its potential, and he is actively involved in the industry as the Chair of the REBNY Upper Manhattan and Bronx Committee, a Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors Member, and a Co-Host of The Broker Brunch podcast. He has also been recognized as one of the top young professionals in the field, receiving multiple awards and honors from prestigious publications and organizations.
