Emily Dempsey

Emily Dempsey joined RIPCO in August 2023. She is primarily focused on representing both tenants and landlords in the South Florida market, with a focus on the fitness, soft goods, and hospitality sectors.

Prior to joining RIPCO, Emily was a retail leasing broker with SABRE in New York. She gained experience representing both tenants and landlords in the New York, New Jersey, Connecticut and Chicago markets. Emily worked with clients ranging from mom and pop to publicly traded companies including Cracker Barrel, Dollar General, Popshelf, ModWash, Body20, and Rush Bowls to name a few.

Before venturing into Commercial Real Estate, Emily spent ten years as an executive in the corporate retail industry. In her most recent position, with Saks Fifth Avenue, Emily was responsible for the national merchandise strategy, planning, and inventory management of women’s ready-to-wear and accessories. Emily is a seasoned entrepreneur and has founded and grown numerous successful companies. She is deeply committed to building meaningful relationships and creating community.

Emily was born and raised in the northern suburbs of Chicago, but for the past 11 years, she has called New York City home. She now resides in Miami, Florida. In her leisure time, she enjoys skiing, hiking, and golfing.
