Michael Ro joined RIPCO Real Estate as an Associate in November 2025, focusing on both landlord and tenant representation. He brings expertise in market analysis, site selection, strategic rollout planning, and leasing for institutional owners and emerging operators across New Jersey, New York, and New England.
Michael began his career working directly for leading retail developers, including Brixmor Property Group and WS Development. Prior to joining RIPCO, he served as an Associate Leasing Representative at WS Development, overseeing small shop leasing efforts across open-air shopping centers throughout New England. In this role, he helped curate merchandising strategy, negotiated leases with both national brands and local operators, and oversaw the complete leasing cycle, from tenant sourcing to executed transactions.
Born in Bergen County and raised in Rockland County, Michael leverages his deep local market knowledge to support clients in strategic growth throughout the Northeast. He is a graduate of Penn State University, where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Finance with a concentration in Real Estate Analysis & Development and led the university’s Real Estate Case Competition team.
