Monica Pollack joined RIPCO Real Estate in October 2025 as an Associate, specializing in investment sales and retail leasing across New Jersey and New York. She works alongside Managing Director Seth Pollack, focusing on helping clients find the right opportunities to meet their goals.
Before joining RIPCO, Monica owned and operated a successful nationwide travel agency, gaining years of experience in leadership, client management, and business operations.
Monica holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management and is bilingual in English and Portuguese. With dual U.S. and Brazilian citizenship, she brings a broad perspective and strong communication skills to every client relationship.
