Michael Korff, President of RIPCO’s Property Management division, has more than 30 years of experience driving the successful management and growth of real estate assets across the New York Metropolitan market.
Under his leadership, the division has managed and developed over 2 million square feet of commercial space, encompassing tenant leasing, ground-up construction, renovations, risk management, financing, and tax certiorari.
Known for his strategic vision and hands-on approach, Michael combines deep market knowledge with a proven ability to optimize property performance, enhance tenant satisfaction, and maximize investment value.
Michael holds a BS in Business Administration from Georgetown University and an MA in Real Estate from New York University (NYU), and is an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC).
