Jonathan “Yoni” Auerbach

Jonathan “Yoni” Auerbach joined the RIPCO Investment Sales team as an Associate in January 2024. He began his real estate career at Meridian Capital Group’s Retail Leasing division, handling properties all over Manhattan, Brooklyn, and Queens. Over time, he widened his market knowledge, which brought about his interest in Investment Sales. Jonathan takes pride in establishing solid relationships with his clients and his dedication is evident in his unwavering commitment to achieving their goals.

Jonathan is originally from Long Island, with a true understanding of the New York mentality. He joined the industry after graduating from the Sy Syms School of Business, where he majored in Business Strategy, complemented by a minor in marketing. Being a member of the YU Real Estate Club, he was given the opportunity to begin his relationship building early on. In his free time, Jonathan enjoys networking, traveling, and all things active.
