Ian Brown is an Associate with the Tampa office of RIPCO real estate, where he specializes in retail landlord and tenant representation. He will be working alongside Corinna Gattasso to represent local, regional, and institutional owners and developers of retail properties in Florida.
Prior to RIPCO, Ian ran a successful direct sales business where he managed and recruited high-performing sales organizations from 3-15 producers while continuously competing as a top-producer in personal sales.
Ian graduated from Hillsdale College with a Bachelor of Arts in History and Marketing. During his college career, Ian was a nationally-ranked track athlete and team captain for two years.
