Jonathan Winzelberg joined RIPCO Real Estate as an investment sales broker in 2020. With nearly a decade of experience navigating Long Island’s competitive commercial real estate market, he is well-positioned to work with clients in an advisory capacity assisting with acquisitions, dispositions, 1031 exchanges and more.
Throughout his career, Jonathan has earned a reputation as a knowledgeable and proactive broker who thinks outside of the box and finds creative solutions to overcome hurdles that arise in the sales process.
Combined with his natural ability to identify opportunities in the commercial real estate market, Jonathan’s adept research skills and proficiency in finance and technology make him a valuable resource for landlords and investors on Long Island.
Prior to joining RIPCO, Jonathan had success as the sole broker in several notable transactions, including the sale of a $23.5 million luxury apartment development in Farmingdale and a $7 million portfolio of triple net leased properties in Brooklyn and Queens.
Outside of the office, Jonathan has a passion for baking, gardening and music.
