Hymie M. Dweck focuses on both tenant and landlord representation in the outer-boroughs of New York City. He has lead retail expansion for many well-know brands in the QSR category including: Chipotle Mexican Grill, Five Guys Burgers, Sarku Japan, Potbelly Sandwich Works. Some other successful retail brand expansions have included Citibank and CityMD.

Proficient in market research, Hymie has developed a unique set of research tools to aid retailers in their efforts to seek and lease space. He has also developed strong relationships with many owners including Vornado Realty Trust, Savanna, Muss Development, The Mattone Group, and Solil Management.

He also assisted in the representation of Aegon USA Realty Advisors in 2012/13 on the disposition of a multi-property portfolio of 16 Citibank net-leased bank branches in the metro area. Some of the premier properties in that portfolio were sold to a Prudential/Madison Capital partnership for $80.3 million.

Hymie is a graduate from the University of Delaware with a Bachelor of Science in Business & Leadership in Organizations. He is a licensed real estate sales person and a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC).
