Ryan Tucker

Ryan Tucker joined RIPCO in April 2022 and is focused on representing tenants, landlords and investors with site selection, leasing and acquisition initiatives across the Florida and New York City-metro markets.

Since joining RIPCO, Ryan has played a significant role in growing the firm’s presence in Florida. His clients include a wide variety of local, regional, and national tenants, advising on their growth and portfolio optimization strategies across the state. A few of Ryan’s current clients include LA-Z Boy Furniture, Visual Comfort & Co. (formerly Circa Lighting), TileBar, Gen Korean BBQ, All Uniform Wear and Zoom Room Dog Training, among others. Ryan’s landlord clients range from single-property owners to multi-generational families, and international developers, each of whom he helps take a holistic approach to maximizing the value of their assets.

Prior to joining RIPCO, Ryan specialized in retail leasing in New York with RKF, which was later acquired by Newmark. There, he completed transactions with Vornado, Brookfield, La Maison du Chocolat, The UPS Store, Equinox, and Adam Grooming Atelier to name a few. Ryan previously spent two years with Newmark’s Retail Occupier Services group, where he represented retailers such as 7-Eleven, Dollar General, Advance Auto Parts, and Inspire Brands (Arby’s and Buffalo Wild Wings) across the US in their lease optimization and store disposition efforts.

Growing up in a family of construction and development entrepreneurs, Ryan has been involved in the real estate industry his entire life and has a deep understanding of and appreciation for the many facets of the business.

Ryan graduated in 2016 from The Ohio State University’s Fisher College of Business. He is an active member of ICSC where he sits on the NextGen committee for the Southeast, Urban Land Institute, and the Aventura Marketing Council. Additionally, Ryan serves on the Board of Advisors for the Jewish Museum of Florida in Miami Beach and is a member of the Young Leaders Real Estate Committee for the Greater Miami Jewish Federation.
