Jeremy Modest re-joined RIPCO as an Executive Managing Director for the South Florida market in February 2022, concentrating on tenant and landlord representation throughout the state of Florida. With over 16 years of experience, Jeremy has used his vast knowledge, determination, and problem-solving skills to transact with some of the most notable retailers and landlords in the country.
During his time at RIPCO in South Florida, Jeremy has worked with a number of local, regional, and national tenants, advising them on both local and statewide strategies. He has represented and transacted with leading retailers including Visual Comfort & Co., goop kitchen, H&H Bagels, The Taco Stand, La-Z-Boy, abc carpet & home, Fuku, Paymore, Luke’s Lobster, Baker Furniture, P.F. Changs, and Chase Bank
Previously, he served as Manager of Commercial Leasing at Solil Management where he handled the leasing for one of the largest privately held real estate portfolios in the country. Executing deals throughout the Tri-State Area with tenants including, Venchi, T-Bar, Serafina, Shmone, Footlocker, Chipotle, Blank Street Coffee, Dollar Tree, Jaques Torres, and Joe’s Pizza.
Prior to Solil, Jeremy served as Managing Director for eight years in RIPCO’s Manhattan office, completing deals with notable tenants including Equinox, TJ Maxx, Blink Fitness, CVS, Malin & Goetz, Orwashers, Spoke & Weal, Garrett Leight California Optical, Buck Mason, State & Liberty, Bang & Olufsen, Panera Bread, and Reebok. While representing esteemed Landlords including The Related Companies, RXR Realty, Magnum Real Estate, Extell, and Rockwood Capital.
Jeremy graduated from The University of Miami with a BBA in Entrepreneurship. He is a licensed broker in New York and Florida, member of ICSC.
