Chris Luke is an Analyst in the Investment Sales Group at RIPCO Real Estate. Chris focuses on underwriting, data research, and valuation modeling for commercial investment properties throughout the Southeast and Midwest United States.
Chris joined RIPCO in August of 2023. Prior to joining the investment sales team, Chris worked in the banking industry as a Commercial Loan Officer in central Florida. Chris brings five years of underwriting experience, having underwritten over $500 million in commercial loans. Chris attended Florida State University where he received his BS in Actuarial Science with a double minor in Business and Statistics.
