Andrew LeoGrande is an Associate in the Investment Sales group at RIPCO Real Estate. Andrew focuses on investment sales in NYC and the outer boroughs working alongside Vice President Kevin Schmitz.
He started as a Summer Analyst for the investment sales team at RIPCO in 2022 in the Kew Gardens office. He worked alongside Senior Associate Eric Delafraz, specializing in underwriting and valuation modeling to create the most accurate analyses relevant to the current market. Prior to that role, he spent time working at his family’s business, Windsor Fuel Company on Long Island. He remains active with the business, assisting with asset management.
Andrew graduated with honors from Bentley University where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and competed on the soccer team. He enjoys spending time outdoors with family and friends, traveling, and building things.
