Ben Davis is a Director in RIPCO Real Estate’s Manhattan office, where he specializes in guiding landlords and tenants through New York City’s competitive retail market.
Since joining RIPCO in 2020, he has provided full-service representation, from site selection to lease execution, helping clients make informed decisions through data-driven market analysis.
Ben’s background in international relations and business, combined with his language skills, allows him to build strong relationships across cultural and communication barriers.
On the tenant side, he has represented brands such as State & Liberty, Birkenstock, OnRunning, and Hive & Colony. His landlord clients include Glenwood Properties, The Klein Group, Urban Standard Capital, Jakobson Properties, and Jonis Realty.
Ben earned a Bachelor’s degree in International Relations from the University of Colorado at Boulder, with minors in Mandarin and Business. He is a licensed New York Real Estate Salesperson and a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC).
