Ben Davis

Ben Davis is a Director at RIPCO Real Estate’s Manhattan office. Since joining in 2020, he has focused on guiding landlords and tenants through New York City’s dynamic retail market. Ben provides end-to-end support to his clients, from site selection to lease execution, and is dedicated to helping them make informed decisions by collecting and analyzing market data to deliver the most optimal results.

With his academic and professional experience, Ben has a unique ability to cultivate relationships where others may face language and cultural barriers. On the tenant side, he has represented and worked on transactions with a diverse range of companies, including State & Liberty, Birkenstock, OnRunning, Hive & Colony, and more. On the landlord side, his clients include Glenwood Properties, The Klein Group, Urban Standard Capital, Jakobson Properties, and Jonis Realty.

Ben received his Bachelors Degree in International Relations from the University of Colorado at Boulder, with minors in Mandarin and Business. He is a licensed Real Estate Salesperson in New York and is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers.
