Jeffrey Albanese brings over four decades of real estate and operations experience to RIPCO, following a long and successful corporate career. For 25 years, he served as Senior Real Estate Manager at QuickChek, where he was instrumental in completing over 90 new convenience store locations across the region.
In addition to his work in corporate real estate, Jeff has helped grow startup ventures and led large-scale retail operations, overseeing more than 70 locations and 600 employees.
With a proven track record in retail expansion, Jeff specializes in identifying and securing high-potential commercial properties.
His expertise includes site selection, investment strategy, and navigating complex approval processes. He has appeared before numerous Land Use Boards throughout New Jersey and New York, earning support and securing approvals for a wide range of retail projects. Jeff’s collaborative approach — working alongside attorneys, engineers, environmental consultants, and municipal officials — has made him highly effective at driving deals from concept to completion.
Jeff lives in Sparta, New Jersey with his wife. A proud father and grandfather, he enjoys spending time with his family and attending as many live concerts as possible throughout the year.
