Jadyn Daniel launched her career as a licensed real estate salesperson at RIPCO Real Estate in March 2025, specializing in retail leasing with a focus on landlord and tenant representation across New York. She works closely with Executive Vice President Beth Rosen, leveraging her expertise to deliver exceptional client outcomes.
A graduate of the University of Wisconsin-Madison, Jadyn earned a Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate and Urban Land Economics from the Wisconsin School of Business.
Jadyn’s passion for real estate began in high school when she obtained her New York and Connecticut salesperson licenses. She has since built a strong portfolio of internship experiences including leasing and redevelopment work at Newmark, market research for a major mixed-use project with Baywater Properties, and loan underwriting at Knighthead Funding. In 2024, she helped close over $79 million in loans, contributing to credit memos, market analysis, and cash flow modeling.
Raised in Stamford, Connecticut, in a family of real estate professionals, Jadyn brings a deep understanding of the local market, offering clients valuable insights and strategic guidance. Outside of her professional pursuits, she enjoys staying active, spending time with friends and family, and traveling.
