Charles F. Schirrmeister is an Associate in the Investment Sales group at RIPCO Real Estate. He focuses on investment sales in NYC and the outer boroughs. Charles joined RIPCO in September 2023 working alongside Vice President, Andreas Efthymiou and Senior Associate, Christian Allimonos and is dedicated to pursuing new business opportunities.
Charles has a very solid foundation in the real estate industry, having previously worked for his family’s property management company, where he actively participated in tenant communications and managing the company’s assets. Additionally, prior to joining RIPCO, Charles worked at CompStak, where he spearheaded the New York office’s sales collection initiative and created market reports through analyzing sales and leasing data.
Born and raised in Manhattan, New York, Charles provides tremendous value to clients through his extensive knowledge of the city. He is a proud alumnus of Tulane University, where he earned his Bachelor of Arts in Communications and Management.
