Drew McWilliams

Drew McWilliams joined the RIPCO Investment Sales team as an Associate in October 2023. His journey in the real estate industry first began at GoldCo Realty, where he specialized in Manhattan retail leasing. Over time, he broadened his knowledge and expertise to encompass Investment Sales, ultimately securing his role at RMFriedland Commercial Realty, where he specialized in industrial and multi-family properties within the outer borough market. Throughout his career, he has valued and underwritten over 60 properties.

Drew is a member of the Greater Harlem Real Estate Board, where he represents the commercial arm of the chapter. Before embarking on a career in commercial real estate, Drew spent over a decade in sales and working within the not-for-profit sector. His passion for problem-solving and dedication to hard work trace back to his youth, where he actively engaged in baseball and basketball.

Drew was born and raised in Harlem, New York. He graduated from the famous Rice High School where he played Varsity B basketball. He then attended Morgan State University where he majored in Business Administration. Drew has continued to further his education, taking real estate finance classes at NYU Shack Institute. Drew is a father to two beautiful daughters and an avid fan of all New York sports teams.
