Brandon began his career working alongside RIPCO Self-Storage founding partners, Chris Travis and Jack Kaiser, while completing his degree at the University of Tampa. During this time, he gained exposure to over $200 million worth of self-storage, boat/RV storage, and self-storage development underwriting and valuations, building a strong understanding of the market dynamics and deal structures that drive successful outcomes in the storage sector. This hands-on experience established the foundation for Brandon’s commitment to providing real value through strong self-storage analytics, helping owners make the best possible decisions regarding acquisitions, dispositions, development, and overall portfolio strategy.
Originally from Philadelphia, Brandon is a die-hard Philadelphia sports fan. Now based in Tampa, he loves getting out on the golf course, deep sea fishing, and spending quality time with loved ones.
