Jenna Bucino is an Associate based in RIPCO’s Northern New Jersey office, specializing in retail leasing and acquisitions. She joined the firm in May 2026, bringing a diverse professional background and a strong foundation in client service, business development, and strategic sales.
Jenna graduated from Ramapo College of New Jersey in 2015 with a Bachelor of Arts in Business Management. Prior to transitioning into commercial real estate, she spent 15 years building corporate experience across several industries, developing a well-rounded and results-driven approach to business.
Born and raised in Hoboken, Jenna has deep local market knowledge and a genuine passion for the communities she serves. Before joining RIPCO, she worked as a residential real estate agent for five years, where she built a reputation for her strong work ethic, professionalism, and ability to connect with clients.
Outside of work, Jenna enjoys traveling, exploring new restaurants and cities, and spending time with her dog, Brooklyn.
