Eli Marcus joined RIPCO Real Estate on January 20, 2026 as a Senior Associate on Richard Skulnik’s team, where he focuses on retail leasing in Manhattan, NY.
Prior to RIPCO, Eli worked in retail leasing at Meridian Capital Group. His market insight and deal execution have earned recognition in Bloomberg, New York Business Journal, and Commercial Observer.
Notable transactions include representing Miriam on its West Village location across two interconnected retail spaces, structuring a complex two-lease deal with separate landlords. He also represents ID Hot Yoga, leasing its 4,000 SF Meatpacking studio, and completed the lease at 330 Spring Street, relocating Allouche Gallery’s flagship Soho location.
Originally from Newton, Massachusetts, Eli graduated from the University of Miami with dual majors in Finance and Management. A former club tennis player, his team placed fourth nationally in 2023. He ran the 2025 NYC Marathon in support of Team Friendship. Outside of work, Eli enjoys cooking, traveling, exploring new restaurants, and experiencing all that New York City has to offer.
