Austin Alves joined RIPCO Real Estate in January of 2026 and is dedicated to providing best-in-class commercial real estate services with a focus on retail leasing, sales, and investment opportunities throughout Florida.
Prior to joining RIPCO, Austin gained valuable experience as a leasing and sales agent in a local full-service brokerage.
During that time, he represented a diversified portfolio totaling more than 3 million square feet. In this capacity, Austin provided end-to-end representation across a broad range of property types which include anchored shopping centers, Out Parcels, mixed use developments, Street-front retail and more.
Austin’s transaction experience includes successful lease and sale engagements with tenants such as Aldi, Starbucks, Humana, Dollar Tree, Jersey Mike’s, T-Mobile, LensCrafters, The UPS Store, Fifth Third Bank, Mavis Tire, Beauty Master, Wingstop, and others, showcasing his familiarity with both national franchise standards and local market needs.
A New Jersey native who relocated to South Florida in 2014, Austin is a graduate of Florida Atlantic University, holding a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing.
