Ryan Lundgren is an Associate at RIPCO Real Estate and a member of the Tampa Investment Sales Group, specializing in the acquisition and disposition of single-tenant net lease retail properties.
Working alongside Executive Vice President Ari Ravi, Ryan focuses on national single-tenant investment sales, advising both owners and investors on net-leased retail assets across the country.
Prior to joining RIPCO, Ryan spent four years at Fisher Investments in high-net-worth investment management, where he led a sales and advisory team guiding clients through complex, high-stakes financial decisions. That foundation in institutional finance sharpened the analytical and communication skills he now brings to every CRE transaction.
Ryan graduated from the University of Alabama with a bachelor’s degree, double majoring in Finance and Real Estate. Originally from Chicago, he relocated to Tampa in 2021.
