Ryan Lundgren joined RIPCO Real Estate in 2025 as an Associate specializing in national single-tenant retail investment sales, assisting clients with the acquisition and disposition of net-leased retail properties across the country.
Originally from Chicago, Illinois, Ryan moved to Florida in 2021 and began his career at Fisher Investments, where he spent four years in investment management, leading a sales and advisory team. This background strengthened his ability to communicate complex investment considerations and support clients through high-stakes financial decisions—skills he now applies in commercial real estate at RIPCO.
Ryan graduated from the University of Alabama with a bachelor’s degree, double majoring in Finance and Real Estate.
