Alex Ripka

Alex Ripka leads the investment activities at Sagamore Hill, where he is responsible for acquisitions, capital markets, and asset management. Prior to joining Sagamore Hill, Alex was a Director at MC Real Estate Partners, responsible for acquisitions and asset management activities.

Before MC Real Estate Partners, Alex spent five years as a Senior Associate at Gazit Horizons. During his tenure at Gazit Horizons, Alex was responsible for sourcing, structuring, and acquiring retail and mixed-use properties in the New York metro area and South Florida. Prior to Gazit, Alex was a Leasing Associate at Acadia Realty Trust, a publicly traded retail real estate company.

Alex is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers where he serves as a Co-Chair of the NY Next Generation Committee. Alex received a B.A. from the University of Michigan.
