Brendan Reichenbacher

Brendan Reichenbacher joined RIPCO as a Managing Director in March 2023. Previously, Brendan served as a Director at Lee & Associates since 2015, where he specialized in landlord and tenant representation in Brooklyn, Manhattan and Queens. Notable transactions have included a 77,000 SF lease renewal with Vice Media at 289 Kent Ave. and a 15,000 SF lease with Williamsburg Market at 103 N. 3rd St. Brendan has a strong track record of securing favorable deal terms and notable tenants for landlords including:  Away, Leap, Inc., Tia Women’s Health, Ephemeral, Frank & Oak, Citibank, Lululemon, and more. During his career he has successfully represented landlords including Halcyon, Spitzer Engineering, Leny Equities, DAX Real Estate Flatiron Real Estate Advisors, and more. Some of Brendan’s Tenant representation assignments have included Eleven Madison Home,  Atelier Eva and Super Burrito, among others.

Brendan is a graduate of Bucknell University and currently resides in lower Manhattan with his family and their french bulldog Suzette.
