A New York favorite returns to South Florida! ABC Carpet & Home is now open at 601 North Federal Highway in Boca Raton, with a beautiful new 18,346 SF showroom across from Mizner Park. This marks the luxury home furnishings brand’s return to South Florida since departing Delray in 2018, and its first Boca location.
RIPCO’s Jeremy Modest, Executive Managing Director, and Ryan Tucker, Managing Director, represented ABC Carpet & Home in the transaction.
“The location across from Mizner Park offers the visibility and positioning that a retailer like ABC Carpet & Home needs, while giving the brand an opportunity to reconnect with its South Florida customer base and reach a new generation of design-focused consumers,” said Modest.
“There continues to be a strong pipeline of brands moving between New York and South Florida, and ABC Carpet & Home’s return to the market is another example of the depth of that connection,” said Tucker.
Congratulations to all involved in this exciting transaction!
