A new 72,000 SF ShopRite has opened its doors at Maple Avenue Plaza in Fair Lawn NJ. The supermarket has relocated within the borough to a larger space and a more centrally located site, with better surface parking and traffic light access just off the thoroughfare.
RIPCO’s Curtis Nassau, Daniel Zappala, and Corrieanne Stein represented ownership at the property, having also brokered leases with Buffalo Wild Wings Go, Bubbakoo’s Burritos, Eden Nails and AT&T. For more leasing opportunities visit our property listing.
“In New Jersey, there are few better shopping center anchors than ShopRite,” said Nassau, Executive Vice President at RIPCO. “They bring in thousands of customers on a daily basis multiple times a week.”
