We are proud to announce the hire of Jeremy Modest as Executive Managing Director for the South Florida market. Modest will be working in South Florida to expand our presence in the region. His concentration will be on the leasing of mixed use and shopping centers in Broward and Palm Beach Counties.
He will reside out of our recently signed 4,000 square-foot office lease in the Brickell neighborhood of Miami, Florida. This office will support the growing debt and finance and leasing divisions. We will also continue to add retail leasing professionals to the office to foster growth in the area as more businesses and brokers are relocating and expanding to the Miami region of Florida.

Modest served as Manager of Commercial Leasing at Solil Management, LLC for three years. While in this position, he was responsible for the leasing of hundreds of vacancies as well as focusing on tenant relationships, covid workouts, renewals and tax appeals. Prior to working at Solil Management, Modest served as a Managing Director at RIPCO Real Estate for eight years. At RIPCO, he completed over $350 million worth of commercial leasing and sales transactions. Modest also served as a leader, managing junior brokers and support staff to complete and execute sales and lease transactions. Some notable lease transactions completed by Modest include deals with Footlocker, Chipotle, Dollar Tree, iHop and Venchi, to name a few.

Modest is a graduate of University of Miami with a Business Administration in Entrepreneurship Degree. He is a member of Camp Avoda Alumni Association and the International Council of Shopping Centers. He recently moved from New York, New York to Broward County, Florida.
